The school lunches here are interesting; I enjoy a wide range of foods, so I look forward to tasting some of the things that look tasty like, beef and carrot stew or the "devil's tongue" tree root. My students uenjoy eating with me.

Teaching in Ehime, Japan
Having just arrived on in the Japanese state of Ehime on the island of Shikoku, I can see that things are very different here than in the U.S. I have however, seen other U.S. citizens here, as Ehime is the most popular tourist destination in Japan. I look forward to meeting my Junior High school students in Masaki, though I also look forward to taking a trip to Dogo-Onsen, which is the nations oldest hot spring resort.
